ANCIENT PLANTS AND BEYOND...

We are located at 500/600 meters above sea level. There are 400 plants producing ancient fruits such as apples, pears, apricots, plums, cherries, of various varieties with staggered harvesting.

MEATS FROM NATIVE BREEDS

We offer beef, pork, sheep, and goat, and considering the area, game and wild game are also available.

RURAL CUISINE

By rural cuisine, we mean the foundation of the traditional cuisine of our region, developed for centuries among farming families. Therefore, we use products strictly linked to traditional gastronomy, elaborated and served with cast iron, terracotta, copper, and ceramics typical of our region: Imola and Faenza ceramics with a strong seasonal tradition.
